Refund & Returns Overview

PAK Gift Card specializes in digital products. Due to the nature of digital goods, our refund and return policies differ from those of physical products.

Return Policy

Digital products cannot be returned after delivery because:

  • Digital codes are instantly accessible.
  • Subscription services are activated electronically.
  • Game top-ups are processed directly to user accounts.

Once delivered, products are considered used or accessible and therefore cannot be returned.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

  • The delivered code is invalid.
  • The purchased product cannot be delivered.
  • Duplicate payment was processed.
  • Technical issues prevent order fulfillment.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect purchases made by customers.
  • Region incompatibility not verified before purchase.
  • Activated, redeemed, or used codes.
  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Account restrictions imposed by third-party services.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within a reasonable timeframe after verification.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order number
  • Purchase email
  • Screenshots showing the issue
  • Additional verification information

Shipping Policy

All products sold on PAK Gift Card are digital and delivered electronically.

No physical shipping services are used.
